Bug 824749 calls for allowing attachments to be attached from the e-mail app.  I also understand from Casey and Dylan that there is a requirement for the e-mail app to support attaching videos.  Support for attaching videos from e-mail implies that the music app must support the 'pick' activity.

djf indicates that the UX for picking for the video app is reasonably straightforward because it presents similarly to gallery, but is not trivial.  Casey indicated that UX specs are required.

Setting leo? to call for explicit prioritization of this issue since it may not have been realized that the requirement would entail non-trivial work.

Setting needsinfo? to jcarpenter so he can assign the appropriate UX resources and flag appropriately.

This should be fully spec'd so engineering can accurately scope. Casey and I discussed implementation options for leo in SF on Friday. 

Casey, can you flag this for the right UX person (yourself or Arun or Rob), and Jaime as well, if appropriate?

I created this bug in the gaia::video component so it would be found in queries on the video app and so people watching the component, etc. would get the emails and wouldn't be surprised by the work going on.  Unless whoever owns the video app wants to dupe this, let's leave it open.

The pick activity of video has been fixed so the rest part of this issue is email, changing the component from Gaia::Video to Gaia::E-mail.
