New error message for Write a Review screen
Change the error message when a user enters > 150 characters for a review. New error message should be:
"-20 characters left"
Where "20" is the number of characters over 150 the review is.
The "Submit a Review" button should be disabled until the character count is under 150.
P.S. Ideally the solution would look like the current desktop solution but I understand from an existing bug that there are performance issues with that design on mobile.
