There are a several ranges of android pandas that don't seem to run tests or come up after a reboot. I should go through the list and investigate why this is happening. For instance, pandas 835-849 on foopy99 didn't have 755 permissions on their directories. This was causing the pandas to show as connected to the master, but not run tests. Others may have hardware issues, as they never seem to reboot successfully.

I started an etherpad with a list of problem pandas. I need to write some scripts to automatically collect the status of them with respect to last builds on them etc. so we can replace or fix the ones that cause a lot of problems.

I think this can be closed. Bad pandas are now handled by buildduty as part of bug bad-panda-log
