As noted on bug 844973, your before image is currently out of date.  We've updated the spinner and font, but they don't look like your mock-up.

Also, are you proposing a new string for account setup?  Your mock-up doesn't include the actual string we use.  Even if we do go with the new string, you probably are going to need a mock-up for locales where the setup string translates to something long enough to span 2 lines so we make sure that we don't look stupid in that case.
