So it turns out SeaMonkey needs an additional DB. Tentatively called "seamonkey_statusDB" Load will also be nominal along with the same host access needs as the hosts in Bug 845635 Preferrably the same users/passwords as the users in Bug 845635 both rw and ro users.
The seamonkey and seamonkey_ro users (same passwords as bug 845635) now have access to do all/SELECT and EXECUTE respectively on the newly created seamonkey_status database.
