847988 - Metro icon for offline storage permission prompt

We have an icon for the geolocation permission notification, but we do not have icons for other content permissions:

* Offline storage
* Install/manage web apps (not in Metro v1?)
* Desktop notifications (not in Metro v1?)

We can create specific icons for some or all of these, and/or create a generic icon that will be used when a specific one is not available.  (Desktop Firefox has three generic icons, for "info", "warning", and "critical" notifications.  We can easily do the same if desired.)

Hey Stephen, I moved this design work item higher in priority because Matt will be taking the story on after Bug 831947 - Story - Pop-up blocker info app bar is done.

I've confirmed that the only one of these we are planning to use in Metro Firefox for now is "Offline storage."  So we can add either an "offline storage" icon, or a generic prompt icon (which we'd use for offline storage and for other permission prompts in the future).
