(Filing under b.m.o to avoid being grumped at in case this doesn't reproduce on stock bugzilla... :-))

1) From show_bug.cgi use "add an attachment"
2) Use "paste text as attachment"
3) Paste diff
4) Fill out description + comment
5) Observe that "is a patch" checkbox is both ticked and greyed out.
6) Press submit

Expected:
Attachment added and is marked as patch.

Actual:
Attachment added bug not marked as patch.

(Occurred in bug 850606).
