Bookmarks displayed in the sidebar tab or bookmark manager should be decorated
just like normal links. They should be underlined. They should be colored
according to unvisited/visited status. This should be done according to the
user preference for link colors and underlining.
The benefit is interface consistency. Bookmarks are essentially links. With
consistency comes familiarity to the bookmark interface. For example, in the
Bookmarks sidebar, it's non-obvious that a single click opens the bookmark. To
people familiar with (some) tree views the obvious-but-incorrect action is
double-click. When bookmarks are decorated like links single-click is obvious
to someone familiar with links.

The sidebar panel should have entries that look like links, because there is a
single click-to-load model. This is not true of the manager though - single
click merely selects for editing, which is NOT customary of links. This bug
should therefore be a dup of the bug 'bookmarks in sidebar panels should look
like links'
