Details
If a user unpins the Firefox Metro tile from the start menu, and then makes Firefox default once again, the tile will not appear automatically. The user will have to search all of the apps and then re-pin Firefox Metro. This might be a MS issue but I think its worth investigating as a basic user will most likely not be able to figure out how to pin the Firefox Metro tile to the Start screen once it has been removed. Steps to reproduce the possible issue: 1) Install the latest Nightly build and make sure Firefox is set as "Default" 2) Go into the Control Panel and change IE as the default application through "Default Programs" 3) Once IE is set as the default application, unpin the Firefox Metro tile 4) Go back into the desktop and run Firefox Desktop (Set Firefox as the default once again) 5) Select the "Start" screen and you will notice that the tile is still missing To get it back, select "All apps", find Firefox and pin it through the app bar at the bottom
