Details
ATM we use /builds/slave/talos-slave as basedir for Mac 10.8 and Ubuntu Talos slaves. This should be changed to /builds/slaves.
1) Puppet changes (talos.conf) to make apache look under /builds/slaves/talos-data/talos
2) update basedir for these slaves in slavealloc
The changes shhould be landed in sync to minimize a chance of bustage.
