This is the bug to track work on how users access the new multipage about:home. 

Users have 3 ways of launching about:home, as shown here http://cl.ly/image/164512190E3l

* On cold start. 
** Still up for debate -- do we show the top bookmarks tab, or do we remember the last section the user was looking at?

* Opening a new tab
** Don't show keyboard

* Tapping the URL bar. 
** Focus URL bar, open about:home to frecency list in the "visited" panel
** Typing shows search suggestions and history, same as the current awesomebar
** Scrolling hides the keyboard
