We need to migrate slavealloc off of kvm to the releng web cluster in scl3. We've already done the configuration necessary to stand it up on the cluster, so this will be to coordinate the necessary changes needed to switch over.
The remaining work here is: - move secure.pub.b.m.o to the new cluster (bug 864455) - switch slaves to look at slavealloc.pvt.build.mozilla.org and/or point slavealloc.build.mozilla.org at the releng cluster (bug 773057). Once all that's done, we can kill this VM.
