1. Start Firefox Metro
2. Bring Firefox Metro into Snapped view
3. Anywhere on the Awesome screen, right click for context menu.

Actual result:
Tab bar is showed for a very short period of time. See screenshot.

Verified with Tabs on Top enabled and disabled in snapped view: no flickers when right clicking. Awesome bar now displayed in the bottom of the screen.

The tab strip isn't displayed in snapped view with Tabs on Top enabled, but I'll block a different story for that.

I believe we're removing Always Show Tabs mode, but there isn't a bug for it yet.

Went through the following "Defect" for iteration #9 testing without any issues. Used the following build:

- Went through the original test case from comment 0 without any issues
- Ensured that the Tab Bar wasn't visible when right clicking (on both the right and left sides of the screen)
- Ensured that the Tab Bar wasn't visible when tapping and holding (on both the right and left sides of the screen)
- Ensured receiving the context menu from the "Navigation App Bar" from the URL didn't reproduce this issue (on both the right and left sides of the screen)

Cannot go through the "Always Show Tabs" test cases as this has been removed
