There are a bunch of bugs related to the fact that we can't create a 5.0 installer yet. This bug collects them for tracking purposes.

Marking as fixed. this was mainly a tracking bug for install builder- most of the bugs have been fixed here and the individual bugs that havent been yet dont need a tracker.
