 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 
 The DuT does not allow to enable call forwarding a different
 number through menu options.
 
  " There is not possible to set the call forwarding to another
 valid number different to the DuT`s own number.
 
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 
  "Test the ability of the DuT to set a call forwarding through the
 menu options.
 
 1. From idle screen go to: ""Settings"" -> ""Call settings"" -> ""Call Forwarding ".
 
 2. Try to set forwarding to another valid number."
 
 3. All the options appears disabled.
 
 
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 
  The DuT should allow enable call forwarding using commands menu

Find a undefined function "updateCallForwardingEntryCore(cfOptions);" in
 gaia/apps/setting/js/call.js line 271.Remove it the call forwarding works OK.
 
 Maybe this issue is caused by code merging.So we can close this PR and tell mozilla ignore it(mozilla ID: 870240).
