In our current codes, we're specifying the SMS/MMS sent/received time stamp as below:
| sent | received
--------------------------------
SMS | device time | device time
--------------------------------
MMS | device time | server time
Based on the off-line e-mail discussion, we had a conclusion we should always use device time for both SMS/MMS and sent/received. The MMS received timestamp is an exception. Need to correct it.
