Description:
When the user attempts to change the wallpaper from the display options in the settings menu, the button to access the wallpapers does not work. 

This was verified fixed on 2/13 Bug 840698.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130515070208
2) Go to Settings
3) Select Display
4) Select the icon in the wallpaper option to change the wallpaper.

Actual:
Nothing happens, the button does not work when trying to access the different wallpapers. 

Expected:
User should be able to access and set wallpapers.

We seriously need to get automated tests on the web activities API. These regressions are really bad.
