Just like its pal bld-lion-r5-042, 085 has gotten into the state where it can't, or can't reliably, create directories and/or files in TMPDIR for the cppunittests that expect it to. You could get disk diagnostics run on it, but it would be faster and simpler to just get it reimaged and see how that works out.
