Right now we have some external services (facebook, google, hotmail) used in some applications like contacts and email. Those services are being used through OAuth 2.0, we must be sure each partner provides their own set of keys on build time to ensure service encapsulation as well as sharding of the request by different keys per partner.
:doliver We are here in the same case that we were in bug 880292. We will need to ask for Oauth 2.0 keys for Hotmail. In the case of Facebook, this is a bit complicated, as you will need to get to an agreement with FB about the appid used. Cheers, Francisco

I created an initial key but I'm not sure of the required configuration. I'm waiting to hear back on whether or not that one works of if I need to change it.

Hi Dylan, when I add the appid you sent me via email this is what I get: http://gyazo.com/3011665e2920f962e44b94fc87211c94 Doesn't look that is working, will try to bring Jose Manuel to take a look to it, since he implemented the Outlook part. Thanks a lot! @jmcf: can you take a look why the outlook key is not working (or apparently is not working)

I have responded to Dylan in a private e-mail

Hi Francisco, I updated the config on the Microsoft key. Can you try it again?

Hi, I've seen an email from JMC, already giving positive feedback. Thanks folks!

Hi folks, I think we can already close this bug since we have parametrized the three external services used in contacts. Cheers, F.
