Cert error on fhr.data.mozilla.com causes failures uploading on Android 2.2.

Presumably this does not affect content, which is fetched using Firefox's own network stack.

This is fhr-data-zlb.vips.scl3.mozilla.com. Instructions for correctly installing the SSL certificates in Zeus (and specifically, *both* of the missing intermediates) can be found at the link below [1].

Moving this over to Webops so they can fix it. I reset the priorities to normal/etc so it doesn't page anyone; :rnewman clarified as 'by end of week, but today would be awesome'.

Yeah, this is blocking final testing of 2.2 devices, but I'm 99% confident that this is the fix. End-of-week is the hard deadline for getting this into Firefox 23.

i added the Cross_Root_CA certificate to Zeus. :rnewman - can you confirm if this has resolved the certificate errors you're seeing?
