Details
It was pointed out that the about:community blog doesn't have links for RSS feeds (https://hacks.mozilla.org/2013/07/mdn-community-news-moving-to-aboutcommunity/comment-page-1/#comment-2151441). This appears to be true of all or most of the blogs on blog.mozilla.org. Even though Google Reader is dead, some people do still want and use RSS feeds.

The feeds are discoverable automatically by most clients or services that handle RSS subscriptions, they're just not explicitly exposed as links on the page. A blog owner could always add a feed link in a sidebar widget, but I'll also add feed links to the footer in the One Mozilla theme.
