Details
There is a Ukrainian localization in the ARMv7 repository (as a separate apk build), but Ukrainian is not included into the multi build for ARMv6, so users who have ARMv6-based phones are forced to use english build.

Yes, we're aiming for Fx 25. I haven't yet filed the bugs for it, but this is a good start. I'll file p12n bug around it.
