Nothing seems off to me. Nightly on OSX Lion + Retina.

Here's a trick to being able to reproduce this in Firefox 22.0 and above: 1) Load https://marketplace.firefox.com/ and click "All Categories" to open the categories drop-down menu. 2) Scroll vertically. 3) Notice substantial lag. 4) Collapse the category drop-down menu. 5) Notice lag is not as bad. I'm inclined to believe this is due to Firefox's notoriously poor SVG performance. There are a few Firefox bugs on file: bug 302909, bug 600207, bug 873425, bug 821188, bug 869269. I think when Stuart sprited the SVG sprites the performance was hit even harder (only in Firefox). I haven't bisected, but that's my hunch since this bug was filed around the same time.
