For bug 884606 we need to be able to change the persona provider to point to stage persona instance. 

Could we please update https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/blob/master/mkt/site/templates/site/fireplace.html#L45 to use BROWSERID_JS_URL instead?

Overriding BROWSERID_DOMAIN and BROWSERID_JS_URL in zamboni's settings will now get passed to Fireplace's settings and update the JavaScript src in the document, respectively.
