90355 - Can't tab to the second link because it's in a table ALIGN=LEFT

I am designing a site and for some reason that I cannot figure out some 
versions of netscape do not recognize some of the links on the site. I have 
double and triple checked the HTML and the syntax is correct. There is no 
problem with Internet Explorer 5 or Netscape 6. The site URL is temporarlyily 
www.prismcomputer.ca/CAC (must be caps). The site should be up and running at 
the official domain www.consumermanitoba.ca by the end of the week.

Is there a bug in netscape that doesent recognize links correctly? Is it 
because of the graphic right beside the link? What is going on?

1. This is not a netscape bug database.
2. Please include in all your bugs the build ID# (of a mozilla build)
3. worksforme with win2k build 20010711.. (i tried the links at the menu on the
left side and the telemarketing link on the right side...)

We will mark this bug worksorme/invalid if you can't reproduce this bug with a
recent mozilla build)
