- Similar to bug 890084, the Symbolication Server on symbolapi.mozilla.org needs to be restarted again. See that bug for steps.
- Before restarting, can you check if the python "symbolicationWebService.py" process is behaving abnormally in some obvious way? e.g. high memory use, very high number of threads/sockets/file handles?
- I suspect the script is having trouble dealing with broken pipes because of a bug in a Python library [1], and I think this bug is fixed in the latest Python versions. Would it be a problem to install the latest Python 3 on that machine? If it's possible, I'll file a separate bug.

Also, would it be possible to grant me SSH access to this machine for a limited period of time while I investigate this bug?

as in the other bug I did:
[root@symbolapi1.webapp.phx1 jcrowe]# /etc/init.d/Snappy-Symbolication-Server stop
Stopping Snappy-Symbolication-Server: Snappy-Symbolication-Server: stopped
[ OK ]
[root@symbolapi1.webapp.phx1 jcrowe]# /etc/init.d/Snappy-Symbolication-Server start
Starting Snappy-Symbolication-Server: Snappy-Symbolication-Server: started
[ OK ]
Let me know if you continue to have issues.
