Details

It is currently very easy to forget to add resources to a cache manifest e.g. images. The glaringly obvious thing that is missing from our current tools is an option to create a manifest. We should add "appcache create" e.g. appcache create http://somesite.com This should crawl http://somesite.com and offer a manifest for download.

Triage. Filter on Lobster Thermidor. Nice idea, but it's not been worked on in 4 years, and I don't see that the priority of GCLI has increased in that time, so I don't think we need to keep it on file.
