By which I mean EXPORT_LIBRARY, IS_COMPONENT, FORCE_SHARED_LIB and FORCE_STATIC_LIB.
EXPORT_LIBRARY is occasionally used as not-a-bool, but those uses appear to be people who are too bothered to do a LIBS += some/dir/$(MOZ_WIDGET_TOOLKIT)/libblah, so I figure keeping it as a bool is easier for most people.
