when we launch camera application, we can only have black screen in preview.

Verify the patch in bug 922510 in Nexus-4 and camera preview is working. Because Flatfish has switched to v1.2 and bug 922510 waits for koi+, this bug still been blocked by bug 922510 until the patch in bug 922510 uplift to v1.2.
Synced with latest flatfish and camera preview is working now. I will close this bug. Reopen it if you find any.
