The page has a few hyperlinks in the left middle part of the page - "Company
Information", "Investor Relations", etc. Nothing happens when I click on any of
them.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the URL
2. Click on the link "Investor Relations" on the left side of the page.
3.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  Browser follows the hyperlinks

The issue happens also in Konqueror. Netscape Communicator 4.76 works - it shows
small pop-up menus after I click on the hyperlink. It seems the page uses layers.
