The ffmpeg-based gstreamer plugin used on our test boxes for AAC playback isn't very good and is causing random test failures (notably test_bug465498).

gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad contains a libfaad-based AAC decoder that should rid us of a few gstreamer-related randoms on linux.
This is a deployment across a pool of slaves; not an issue on an specific one.
Moving to the right component.

It would be great if we can get some quick action here. Using buggy AAC decoders is causing a large number of random failures on Linux, and is making RyanVM a very unhappy camper. It's also blocking the landing of a new HTTP cache backend for Gecko (bug 836851), as that's triggering the orange here as well and it's hard to tell if the new code is to blame or the platform AAC decoder.

It would be much appreciated if we can get this rolled out!
