I noticed at 10:07AM ET Sept. 27 that https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/recent was timing out with "Service Unavailable" (in red text) but https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/running was running ok. At approximately 10:14AM ET, the above request which had been timing out returned to its normal < 1s load times.
Probably too late to investigate now, I forgot about this =(. I suspect it was just a normal report chewing up load though.
