Windowed plugins don't work in e10s currently, we should force plugins that support it (flash) to windowless mode in the meantime

This is just hacky wallpapering, but it makes flash work in e10s on linux/windows. Bug 923746 is open for properly fixing windowed plugins, (and bug 853995 exists for removing this heinous manually-managed plugin parameter array)

This fix cannot be verified on Fx 28 beta since Electrolysis is not yet supported on this branch: I hit crash bug 947213 after browser.tabs.remote pref is set to true. Removing verifyme keyword.
