In bug 925830 we added in the ability to add in a shared account. In this bug we'd like a user to be able to pick a shared account.
This bit here:

Would also show all the shared accounts, as well as the accounts the user has access to. Perhaps for the moment we just put the shared accounts into the drop down and mark them as shared. A user can then pick a shared account, or one of their own.
Also see bug 917816.

Summary: Allow a Payment Account to be "shared" → Allow a developer to use a shared account

I don’t foresee a large number (10+) of shared accounts assigned to one user, so these accounts probably won’t clog the interface. Because of this, we can suffix or prefix each relevant account name with “Shared”.
Problems picking the right account might arise if account names are too similar to each other, but I don’t think that this will be an issue, as long as payment account creator labels in a distinct way.

Agreed. We will be approving and can limit all shared accounts.
