People complains that it is difficult to find: "Have to click gear icon to see translations for an article, instead of having them be more obvious. Prefer the old design where language choice has its own top-level widget."

Last week we discussed bringing language selection out of the options/gear menu into its own menu. * Sean to create icon for menu or use one from Font Awesome. * David to implement. Mock-up - http://cl.ly/image/2v1Q2j2N3M2g An additional option that we added during our meeting (in red in the linked mock-up) is a link to 'Add a translation' if you are contributor.
