As a user, I should be able to do manual/auto network selection for only the primary (active) subscription.

DSDS5b: As a user, I should be able to select which SIM should be in standby (either 1 or both)

Acceptance criteria:

1) User should be able to do manual/auto network selection for both subscriptions.  

2) This menu can be under (Settings -> Cellular Data) for each SIM. Or alternatively it can also be under Dual SIM settings.

Are you guys planning to only select the network for the primary subscription or for both the subscription at the same time?

My understanding based on UX spec is when entering Cellular Data setting, user needs to select which SIM first, so user cannot select network for both at the same time, but can set them separately.

Can modem search network for both SIM at the same time? Moreover, I doubt that this kind of UX works for users. It is very hard for user to do manual selection for both SIM at the same time..:(

This is correct. Select SIM and then search for network.
