Allow hardware keyboards to interface with input apps and involve in the key event flow.

This is the meta tracking bug for enabling keyboard apps to work with hardware keyboards. Please see my proposal here on how keyboard apps should communicate with hardware keyboard through InputMethod API in Gecko https://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Timdream/InputMethod_API_with_hardware_keyboard There is a thread on dev-webapi too. This meta does not include connection specific work like connecting to a Bluetooth HID.
FYI, the Gonk-spcific part is bug 907081 and BT HID impl is bug 890186.

Luke, this is the meta bug. Please update the wiki when you have a chance. Thanks!

Just to let everyone know I've got a Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro gathering dust on a drawer that I'd like to contribute testing with to advance this bug forward, please NI-me if there's anything I can do to help.
