Description:
The error message that appears when the user attempts to launch the χρήση (Cost control) app without unlocking the SIM is partially untranslated if the device is set to show the Greek language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20131022004000
2) Set the device language to Greek and activate the SIM Lock.
3) Restart the device.
4) Launch the χρήση app, closing all Εισάγετε το PIN pages that appear.
5) Observe the error page that appears as the χρήση app launches.

Actual:
The text of the error message above the dividing line is untranslated.

Expected:
The entire text of the error message is shown in the device's language.

This seems to be a gecko l10n problem and not a gaia l10n one, there isn't any string like that in gaia l10n repo.

Is it possible to find out where this string lives?

This issue happens on multiple  1.2 locales: Simplified chines, Italian, Macedonian, Chinese (Traditional), Polish, Czech, Dutch, Russian, Greek, Slovak, Hungarian, German, Turkish, Croatian,  Catalan,

I am very certain this reproduces on all the locales, as it seems to be a hardcoded issue.
