Hey Casey, I know you've done some of this already.  Has this already been completed for all the light apps?  If not, we can pass to Pavel to update all the screens and I can check them.  Let me know,

looking at the screens this looks good!  The highlight state is incorrect but you let me know that this will be updated with the building block refactor.  We'll have to talk about opening bugs so that apps use the bb for toolbars..
