This started showing up off a checkin from 11-7 mid-afternoon.

This happens randomly while the browser is running. It can clear up on its own after you close tabs.

Given metro is targeted to ship with Fx28 and we do not want to ship with this regression, tracking it.

Bug 936792 has the details. This was tracked back to the first patch in bug 923434.
