At minimum David Bradley needs to be able to checkin to mozilla-org/html/scriptable mozilla-org/html/projects/xpcom He is the owner of xpconnect and xpidl. See bug 77582 Please either expedite this or let us know which hoops need to be jumped through. Thanks!
hoop jumping not necessary. account activated for gila access. Note that when I went in to activate his account in despot, cvs user access was already checked.
