User Story: As a user I want to bookmark a page so I can go back to it later. Acceptance Criteria: Functionality should match existing Browser functionality, except the only option should be to add the bookmark to the homescreen.

I believe as discussed in Berlin I will be taking this on for 2.1. We're waiting on two things before kicking this off (final UX and final UI) but that should happen any moment now.

Completed as part of overflow menu work. This is actually "add to homescreen". There are no "bookmarks" per se anymore. :)
