Details

Not sure how this part works, but its the bridge between creating and completing a transaction and then fetching or perhaps returning its receipt and installing it. Assuming an in-app generates a receipt, we've got to get that into the add receipt API (bug 757226), this could be from bug 944522, or something else.
Setting priority, will ping teams involved when are ready to go on this.

I'm pretty sure bug 944522 and bug 981233 were all we needed to fix this.
