[I made my own build from master; no patches applied]

prereq: music app has over 100+ songs
0. flash device
1. launch music app
2. select an album
3. tap the album artwork to bring up the rating panel
4. tap the shuffle button

Expected: shuffle becomes active
Actual: shuffle doesn't seem to do anything.

Note: 
1. repeat loop button works.
2. work around: tap on Playlist tab and then select shuffle all; this causes the shuffle button to work afterwards.

oops.  I forgot in the steps to turn on APZ in the settings -> device info -> more info -> developer -> enable APZ for content
