Using aug10 commercial trunk build

Problem applies to Linux and Mac.  Win98 is OK.

Tabbing to/from fields is generally working in the search messages and filter
messages UIs.  However, on linux and mac you can't get keyboard access until you
first mouse click to get the window focus.  On windows, I'm able to launch the
dialog and hit Tab which sets focus in the search/filter window on the first
field. On the other platforms Tab (even repeatedly) doesn't get me into focus
anywhere in the respective ui until I mouse click in the window.

Steps:
1.  Launch to mail window, Search|Search Messages or Edit|Message Filters.
2.  Hit Tab key. Notice nothing appears to be selected/focused. Try using arrow
keys to see if anything is selected.
    Result:  On win98, focus is easily spotted on the first field/scope dropdown.
    Result:  On mac and linux, nothing happens, nothing focused.
3.  Hit Tab again, notice no change, no focus in mac and linux.
4.  In mac and linux, mouse click to focus in window (anywhere), then tabbing to
and from fields works.

1.2 and nsbeta minus this bug.

Actually, I create the patch for bug 148065. As 148065 is treated at a
duplication of this bug. I put my patch here. 

The situation here is a little like the "Find in this page..." window. It will
select the contend first then give focus on it. So I add one line to explicit
call the focus.

ssu, if you check in, can you add a comment above the focus() call pointing
back to this bug?

since this isn't needed on win32, the comment will help ensure someone doesn't
remove the workaround.

Using trunk builds 20030303 on linux and macosx this works like Windows now,
verfied.
