One feedback we got after removing the title bar is that it's harder to drag the browser window, especially when you have many tabs.

One thing we can do to address this is when user drag the new tab button or the overflow button (when it's deactivated) they can move the window around like the rest of the tab area.
I think that this will be quite confusing. We give the new tab button the same shape as a tab, but dragging a tab doesn't drag the window. We could also just leave more blank space at the end of the tab strip which would be simpler and not mix metaphors.
Hm, we could limit this behavior to the case where the tabs are overflowing. That way, title bar buttons would be draggable in general and we'd win quite some grabbing area (left/right arrows, plus button, dropdown arrow).
We decided to WONTFIX this in favor of a more general improvement to dragability (eg bug 887397) and/or a pref to restore the titlebar.
