When we've polished off other RNA/Nucleus bugs[0], we should launch nucleus. That means ... * using RNA as the canonical source of truth about release notes * replacing the existing release notes pages and indexes on www with pages and indexes generated by RNA * getting rid of old release notes pages and indexes from SVN Then we can close this bug.
