Tilt the device (portrait -> landscape) while viewing an image in the Gallery app then exiting to the Homescreen. Upon returning to the Gallery app, the user will experience the display cutoff.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v1.3 mozRIL BuildID: 20131210004003
2) Navigate into Gallery App
3) Tap on a picture to view it fullscreen 
4) Turn device to landscape mode
5) Tap on the Home button to return to Homescreen
6) Turn device to portrait mode
7) Navigate into Gallery App

Actual:
Gallery app appears cut off 

Expected:
Gallery app is not cut off

This may be related to window manager. In the past, when we rotate the app to landscape and press home button, the window manager rotates the app to portrait and goes back to homescreen app. But in 1.3, it waits few seconds and just goes back to home screen without rotation. When we reopen the app, it remains in landscape but the phone is in portrait.

To recover this situation, we may rotate the phone to landscape and rotate back.
