need threadpane icons / css rules for offline messages

we've got icons and rules for offline mail messages in the modern skin.

we need:  

offline news for modern and classic
offline mail for classic

If I can steal the 4.x icons for classic, I'll do that and morph this bug.

adding some fyi:
-we have offline icons, in modern theme, for both mail and newsgroups
 see bug 86897 and bug 88970


-bug for a offline icon for mail in classic theme is bug 67359 

There is currently is no bug for newsgroup icons in classic theme.
Do we want to make this bug a bug for that? or create a new bug?

-not sure on css rules for modern or classic theme

As part of the mail qa's bug triage day, I would
like to mark this as dupe of another bug but
not sure on 'css rules' part.

Presently there are mail/newsgrp icons for modern theme.
At present
 bug 86897 - change modern theme icon from black & white to something else
 bug 67359 - classic mail icons for offline use
 Still need to create bug for newsgroup icons in classic theme.

Seth/David I can mark this as dupe of bug 67359 and get this
off your plate but wasn't sure whether 'css rules' have landed
as they relate to offline. I think they have. thnx.
