This is toolkit related. It appears at different times, not only at start up. I would need to look much closer to tell if there's anything specific happening at this moment.

No real harm by this bug, it just keeps spamming the error console.

I'm seeing this on Windows for a while now. I'll try to find out when it started. My guess is with merging of the mozilla2 branch though.

There was a different bug for this, seems I missed it by two days because (we didn't have new Windows nightly builds in this time):

Cleaning up some old bugs, marking WORKSFORME since it was fixed by Mozilla, not us.
